Abstract:  This paper studies Dynamic Analysis and Stability of Single machine connected to infinite bus (SMIB) with power system stabilizer (PSS) in presence of Fuzzy logic controller (FLC) including load damping parameter sensitivity. Here PSS is modeled using fuzzy logic controller and the response is compared with the responses of the system in presence of conventional PI, PID controllers including load damping parameters sensitivity. In case of FLC based PSS the responses are compared different load damping parameters. Matlab-Simulink is used to test the results.
3. Secure Data Transfer through a Combination of Steganographic and Cryptographic Encryption Technique
Author(s):
Swasti Saxena
Abstract: Security for information has become a great concern in today’s internet era. Thus sending sensitive information from one end to another end via common communicating channel has become inevitable. Steganography has various useful applications and the technique employed depends on the requirements of the application to be designed for. For instance, applications may require absolute invisibility of the secret data, larger secret data to be hidden or high degree of robustness of the carrier. This paper aims at studying popular encryption techniques and their drawbacks due to which they could not be put to practical use along with a proposed method of successfully encrypting information both in image and text format combing their successful delivery to the destination using steganographic and cryptographic techniques of information encryption.

Abstract:
Intelligent Routing can influence the overall performance of a communication network’s throughput and efficiency. Routing strategies is required to adapt to changing network loads and different topologies. Learning from the network environment, in order to optimally adapt the network settings, is an essential requirement for providing efficient communication services in such environments. Cognitive networks are capable of learning and reasoning. They can energetically adapt to varying network conditions in order to optimize end-to-end performance and utilize network resources. In this paper we will focus machine learning in routing scheme that includes routing awareness, a routing reconfiguration.
5. An Integration of Genetic Algorithm and Projected Clustering for Optimization of Content Based Image Retrieval System

Abstract:
In recent years especially in the last decade, the rapid development in computers, storage media and digital image capturing devices enable to collect a large number of digital information and store the minicomputer readable formats. The main objective of this paper is to build more generalized CBIR system which increase the searching ability and provide more accurate results. To improve the retrieval accuracy the system has taken the feedback from the user automatically. To evaluate the performance of new system, we use WANG database. The metrics used for evaluation are precision, recall and retrieval time. The performance can be evaluated by comparing some existing systems in CBIR. The performance of new system in terms of the metrics proves to good.
